Overview
We place high‑end consultants in the Technology and Engineering field. Consultants are paid between 60/hr and 150/hr.
CompensationBase pay range: 115k to 140k. OTE: up to 300k uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand workforce challenges.
- Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business.
- Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Grow and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
