Territory Business Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH – candidate must be located in this area.
Eligibility: U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only.
Responsibilities- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Employ effective direct‑selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Operate in a changing health‑care environment, using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field‑based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient‑focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role, preferably in dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- High sense of urgency and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory (approximately 50% travel).
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.
Annualized Salary Range (US): $85,000.00 – $
