We are a fintech-first company that evolves our systems, tools, and processes, so being tech-forward is a must. Proficiency with CRMs, loan origination systems, and Google Workspace is expected, along with the ability to adapt to new technologies and maintain reliable remote work access.

• Work with top-tier leads that are actively seeking assistance — no cold calling.
• Accept inbound calls, warm transfers from sales reps, and high-value calls from an automated sales dialer.
• Respond to engaged leads from multiple channels (text, chat, email).
• High payout with no cap on income. Monthly targets of $15,000 with top performers earning $40,000+ in this market.

• Originate purchase, refinance, Non-QM, HELOC, and second lien mortgage loans.
• Review credit, qualifications, and product guidelines to recommend solutions.
• Manage the customer experience, gather documents, and assist with loan closings.
• Remain responsive to customers and processors to avoid concerns or delays.
• Ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.

• Must be located in Florida and hold an active Florida NMLS license (required).
• Strong track record in high-volume mortgage sales (10+ closings/month preferred).
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willingness to work high-volume hours: 8:00 AM EST, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
• Ability to work 45-50+ hours/week as needed to service and close your pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable — comfortable with CRMs, LOS platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Desire to earn $20-30K+ monthly while maintaining high integrity.
• An active NMLS mortgage loan originator license is required.
