Sales Representative, Business Development
This role will generate new business opportunities, prospecting, and cold-calling sales leads in an assigned territory. This position will work with a dynamic sales team to share ideas, and knowledge and create/implement new business development strategies. Additionally, this role will participate in telephone and face-to-face communications to support the growth of the business.
Essential Functions- Drives and manages the sales process including cold calling, targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Travels throughout the assigned territory and represents the brand at networking and social events.
- Has a high-integrity sales approach that is sincere and focused on delivering value while generating excitement about the Company.

- Experience in customer service.
- Proven record of prospecting and cold-calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions.
- Ability to travel 50- 75%.

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
