Position Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for selling the Hospitality solution portfolio within an assigned territory. The role requires prospecting, managing and closing new business opportunities, primarily for Table Service, Quick Service and other relevant hospitality industries, fostering new opportunities and maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Sell hospitality solution portfolio within an assigned territory.
- Prospect, manage and bring new business opportunities to closure.
- Build relationships with prospective and competitive customers and articulate ROI.
- Serve as interface to define customer needs and NCR’s solutions.
- Liaise between customer and NCR to address issues and elevate roadblocks to secure business or satisfaction.
- Propose and close deals in the assigned territory.
- Maintain focus on developing new business opportunities and closing current accounts to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts.
- Work cooperatively with NCR teams to ensure a cohesive "Unified NCR" approach and minimize conflict.
- Work cross‑functionally within the organization to align all aspects of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to travel within local or regional territory 50%–100% of the time.
- 5+ years of restaurant operations, sales, or management experience and/or training/certification.
- 5+ years of sales or operational experience with complex software and hardware solutions and professional services or prior experience in the POS industry.
- Sales and/or Marketing experience with emphasis on prospecting, qualifying and closing new business.
- Experience working with C‑level individuals within the customer base.
