Drive sales excellence as a National Sales Manager focused on the Hearth sector. You will lead a passionate sales team and foster customer relationships to boost sales within a remote work framework.
This essential role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales and focuses on managing all sales-related activities for the Independents channel. Directing sales initiatives, you will guide your team towards achieving substantial growth and profitability while providing insights for continuous improvement. Your expertise will help in shaping the brand’s strategic direction to captivate the market.

Requirements:
