We are currently expanding and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. This is a remote opportunity with structured training, mentorship, and room for long-term career growth.

Position Summary

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will connect with families virtually, explain their permanent benefit options, and help them complete the enrollment process. You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing clear information, professional guidance, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom
  • Review permanent benefit options with families
  • Explain coverage details in a clear and professional way
  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation
  • Ensure all information is accurate and compliant
  • Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships
  • Participate in team training, coaching, and development
  • Work with leadership to improve client experience and service delivery
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post‑secondary education is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or client‑facing work is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and speaking with clients virtually
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and coachable
  • Willing to obtain the required provincial life insurance license if not already licensed
