Business Development Representative

As our Business Development Representative you are the first voice prospective clients hear and the engine behind a pipeline that drives real revenue. You will work alongside a sales and marketing team that competes hard and wins together, backed by a solutions team building technology worth talking about.

You are responsible for building, qualifying, and accelerating the pipeline that fuels our growth. That looks like:

• Hunting down and developing new sales leads through sharp research and persistent outreach
• Driving attendance and energy at events, webinars, and industry conversations
• Responding to prospective client inquiries fast and with substance
• Partnering with our Solutions Development Team to learn Data Vizion's capabilities cold so you can speak with real credibility
• Spotting opportunities others miss and handing the sales team the context they need to close
• Following up on leads with the same intensity you bring to your own outreach
• Running calls that turn into meetings, and meetings that turn into momentum
• Keeping prospects and teammates in the loop on what is moving, what is working, and where to push next
• Bringing insights and ideas to leadership that sharpen how we build the pipeline over time

We are looking for someone who is competitive, curious, and energized by the chase. Specifically:

• Two or more years of business development or sales experience, with results you are proud to talk about
• A bias toward action and full ownership of your day, your goals, and your outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex ideas land in plain language
• A customer-first mindset paired with a team-first instinct
• Sharp analytical thinking and sound judgment about where to spend your time for the biggest return
• Self-direction in a remote-forward environment and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving technology landscape
• Detail orientation and organizational habits that hold up at volume
• A valid driver's license for occasional travel to meetings and events
