Sales Team Lead

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Team Lead to support and develop our in‑home sales. This is a full‑time management position.

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in‑home sales team toward achieving success.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
• Work nights and weekends on call.
• In‑office position located in Palm City, covering Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties.

• Degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3–5 years.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Strong computer proficiency with efficient navigation of multiple systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
• Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
