- Lead and manage sales processes to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
- Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen and the ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
- Strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
