What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage sales processes to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
  • Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and the ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
