Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Engineered Building Systems in the U.S. to meet revenue and margin targets
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial and commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with industrial power generation and management
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align performance of manufacturer representatives
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
