Position Summary
Donaldson is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional to join the Mobile Solutions Aftermarket team as the Territory Manager for Georgia, Southeast Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. The role requires strong technical aptitude, a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives within a rapidly growing and dynamic market segment.
Role Responsibilities- Effectively support distribution and end-users in product knowledge, applications, and marketing of Donaldson’s Aftermarket product offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Break down complex topics and information into simplified formats for widespread understanding.
- Provide feedback on industry and market trends to marketing, engineering, and pricing teams.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of distributors and maximize their potential.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Utilize electronic tools to maximize effectiveness of the role.
Travel:
Overnight travel 50% - 60%
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of distribution management or other technical sales experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated development and achievement of sales success.
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies through product-driven training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently (self-led) and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and propose innovative and effective solutions.
- Proficiency with business systems such as CRM, Oracle BI, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $78,. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, training, education, and performance. Geographic adjustment is included based on work location.
