What You'll Do
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up with a high volume of cold leads and generate sales‑ready meetings for the sales team
  • Run thorough discovery and deliver clean handoffs to your assigned AEs
  • Multi‑thread accounts across IT and business decision‑makers
  • Use Harmony’s sales tech stack (Nooks, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong, Salesforce) according to Harmony’s standards
  • Hit quota consistently and thrive in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset - self‑motivated, self‑managing, and energized by building from the ground up
  • Build relationships fast over the phone with both business and technical audiences
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product
What You Bring
  • Highly motivated and self‑starting, with a genuine drive to be a top performer and grow a sales career
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, prospecting, and writing
  • Able to work on‑site in Manhattan 4 days per week
  • Salesforce and sales engagement tool experience (Nooks, Apollo) a plus
