Account Executive
Location:
Lehi, UT (considering both hybrid and remote positions)
Full-Time
Pay Range: $150,000 OTE
Bateman Collective is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency specializing in direct‑to‑seller marketing for Real Estate Investors. We connect distressed homeowners with investors who can offer solutions, providing homeowners a path to financial relief while generating business for our clients.
Responsibilities- Re‑engage with leads who have shown previous interest in our services
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our services and close deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create new sales materials and strategies
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitors to better position our services in the market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years sales experience as a top performer
- 2+ years of consistently hitting sales quota
- Creative problem solver willing to get scrappy to achieve goals
- Highly self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Experienced in Hub Spot (optional, but preferred)
