Job Description
Sales Support Coordinator at Cultural Care Au Pair—joined our dynamic sales team in Boston (and Denver). This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the sales and customer‑centric industry as a Sales Trainee. You will work with many customer‑facing teams, helping prospective host families through the placement process, and gain a deep understanding of our sales and customer journey while educating customers on this unique cultural exchange and childcare solution.
Location:
Boston office
- Sales Support: work closely with the sales team in various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and requests, and supporting families before their au pair arrives.
- Sales Development: learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities, manage a diverse pipeline/case load, develop effective communication and sales skills, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Salesforce: maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and utilize Salesforce to track progress and manage day‑to‑day work.
- Training and Development: participate in comprehensive training on our product, teams, and sales strategy; develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs; actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, assist with administrative tasks as needed, and provide hands‑on support where it is needed most.
- Sales intelligence (experience or interest).

- Organization and time management: strong organizational skills and efficient management of daily phone, SMS, and email outreach.

- Compensation: $52,000 base salary, potential to move into a Matching Specialist role within the first year; increased to $53,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility up to $12k.
