About the Role
As Associate Director, B2B Sales GTM & Sales Enablement – Americas, you will be a strategic, client‑facing leader focused on growing the B2B Sales Practice across the Americas. You will help shape regional GTM strategy, support high‑value sales pursuits, and enable commercial teams to win more business.
Responsibilities- Shape GTM Strategy:
Define and evolve the B2B Sales GTM strategy for the Americas, identify priority markets, industries, buyer needs, and growth opportunities, and align regional priorities with the broader global sales strategy. - Support rollout of B2B Sales offerings across existing clients and new prospects.
- Drive Sales Enablement:
Support and energize the B2B Sales pipeline across the region by equipping sales, solutions, and account teams with knowledge, messaging, and tools; develop training and ramp‑up approaches; coach teams to strengthen deal quality and win rates. - Support Strategic Sales Opportunities:
Proactively target priority accounts, partner with sellers and account teams on key pursuits, contribute to solutioning, RFPs, bids, and client presentations, and articulate compelling B2B Sales value propositions for new logo, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities. - Create strong relationships across internal teams and stakeholders, and influence in a matrixed environment with credibility, clarity, and energy.
- Help scale the practice by creating alignment, momentum, and shared understanding across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closely related commercial roles.
- Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, inside sales, business development, and revenue growth programs.
- Experience supporting client‑facing commercial initiatives or complex sales motions.
- Ability to build and support practical go‑to‑market strategies and enable teams to improve pipeline progression and commercial performance.
- Comfortable supporting strategic pursuits and translating client needs into compelling solutions.
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, and ability to work effectively across sales, operations, solutions, and account teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and client‑facing audiences.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to take initiative, create structure, and move work forward.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable in modern digital business environments; exposure to AI tools or practical experimentation with AI is a strong plus.
Base salary range: USD $100,000 – $120,000, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; employee assistance program; registered retirement savings plan; paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days.
