Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Communications & Engagement to join our team. The Sr. Manager supports a unified employee experience by leading enterprise‑wide internal communications and engagement efforts that bring our values to life, strengthen leadership credibility, and support business priorities. This strategic and hands‑on role partners closely with senior leaders, and includes one direct report while requiring flexibility to meet business needs.

Hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ. Requires in‑person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the enterprise internal communications strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Church & Dwight’s culture, values, and business priorities.
- Design and implement a proactive CEO communications strategy, establishing clear messaging, consistent cadence, and effective delivery to key stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver company‑wide quarterly town halls that inform, engage, and connect employees.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape agendas, narratives, and key messages.
- Coordinate speakers, content, logistics, and technology in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities through scenario planning and long‑term communication planning.
- Write quickly, accurately, and effectively in a Church & Dwight tone that is authentic, clear, and people‑centered.
- Create and maintain a proactive communications roadmap focused on what employees need to know, when they need to know it, and why it matters.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and appropriate review for communications involving regulatory, legal, or disclosure‑related matters.
- Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert on change enablement, partnering across teams on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communications, training, and sustainment.
- Translate engagement, listening, and feedback data into clear executive insights that support practical, actionable decisions.
- Build scalable toolkits, messaging frameworks, and leader resources designed for ease of use and adoption.
- Balance enterprise‑wide consistency with the flexibility to meet function‑specific and localized needs.
- Lead enterprise‑wide cultural experiences and events that translate strategy and values into meaningful employee moments.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagement and culture initiatives, including vendor partnerships, timelines, and budget management—balancing experience quality with scalability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong strategic communication and storytelling skills across verbal, written, and digital platforms.
- Executive presence and ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to advise, influence, and partner with stakeholders across the organization.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.

- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience managing and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, organizational change, and/or employee engagement, preferably within a large and/or public company.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $130,200–$185,400. The position is also eligible for a bonus. Church & Dwight U.S. employees receive medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid parental leave, paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in the first year of employment. Employees can participate in the 401(k) retirement plan (with company match and profit‑sharing) and the Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Actual base pay will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors.
