Position: Sales Consultant in Building Sector

In this role, you will focus on commercial, residential, and institutional projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. With over three years of experience in sales or project management, your mission is to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with various departments. You will manage documentation efficiently and keep abreast of the competitive landscape to optimize your sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential projects and develop customer relationships

• Calculate prices and provide tailored solutions

• Negotiate contracts to maximize value for clients

• Collaborate with departments for optimal project execution

• Document prospects and ongoing projects in the CRM

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years in sales or project management roles

• Construction experience is a plus
