Vivint is seeking a Program Manager for Inside Sales Enablement in Provo, Utah. This role involves owning the strategy and execution of programs to drive engagement and performance among sales representatives. The Program Manager will lead incentives and events, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop training materials to enhance sales practices. Ideal candidates should showcase project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of inside sales processes.

This position allows for remote work approval and follows a standard work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
