District Sales Manager

District Sales Manager — Analytical Instrumentation. Based in Charleston, WV area. Regional travel required. Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high precision water analysis instrumentation, and we’re looking for a District Sales Manager to join our team.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
• Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Typical week includes home office days on Mondays and Fridays, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
