What are the position details?Our representatives sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and placing orders. Previous work experience is not required; we are looking for people who enjoy working with others.
Reps are paid a base of $23.00 per appointment. This is not based on sales or results, but reps can earn additional income through commissions. Even in an off week they are paid for the work performed, with potential to earn more based on performance.
We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some part time, and others look to make extra income around classes, other jobs, and family obligations. Summer work schedules are available for those looking for seasonal work.
Cutco products are used in kitchens and some outdoor tools. No prior knowledge of home goods, sales, or work experience is needed; again, we seek individuals who enjoy working with others.
We have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone does not stay with us long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable for any field. Reps work from home and locally after training; meetings and additional training are usually held in the office.

People who have done well with us have had experience in a wide range of fields such as retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscaping, warehouse work, and more. We also welcome applicants who have had no prior work experience. If they have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, they can do well here.
