What you’ll be doing- Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
- Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.
- Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
- Service the needs of the existing customer base.
- Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business.
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or related certifications or college courses.
- Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
- Wireless sales experience that has exceeded quota.
- Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
- Ability to achieve positive results in a team environment.
- Strong people skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and building trust at all levels.
In this hybrid Account Manager Retail SMB role, you’ll work in‑store for at least five days per week and will have a defined location with a minimum of three days per week remote work, as assigned by your manager. Employees must comply with our hybrid work policies.
Schedule40 hours per week.
