This is a highly operational, hands‑on role at the heart of the business. You will support Regional Brand Directors and act as a key link between Headquarters and wholesale partners, ensuring that commercial execution runs smoothly in an environment where agility, autonomy, and problem‑solving skills are essential. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between Headquarters and wholesale partners, combining strong operational precision with a commercial and brand‑driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing processes in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Monitor outstanding payments and support follow‑up activities.
Maintain and update sales and customer data in ERP systems.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis using Excel and ERP data (sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory).
Coordinate product allocations and daily commercial requests between Headquarters and wholesale partners (invoices, consignments, loan items, etc.).
Support smooth and efficient execution of all sales operations across markets.
Marketing & Distribution Coordination
Ensure consistent brand visibility across wholesale partner channels (online and in‑store) in line with corporate guidelines.
Coordinate the distribution of marketing and POS materials, including ordering, tracking, and stock management.
Support co‑marketing initiatives and events with Headquarters, wholesale partners, and suppliers, including budget tracking and reporting.
Assist in CRM activations, localization of HQ materials (incl. translations), and monthly press coverage reporting.
Profile
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field
3–5 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing coordination role, ideally within the luxury sector
Experience in the watch industry is a strong advantage
strong command of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is required
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, solution‑driven, and customer‑focused mindset
Fluent in English (C1) and native in the local language;
French is a plus
