As our new Business Development Manager - Software Sales , you will be accelerating growth by developing existing enterprise customer relationships and acquiring new customers by focusing on high-value solutions.
Other responsibilities will include
Drive new business by conducting sales activities, onboarding customers and generating pipelines
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer requirements , selling Crayon's portfolio of services
Conduct marketing campaigns and ensure accurate sales forecasts to achieve performance targets
Deepen your understanding of the challenges faced by customers, as well as building relationships with relevant publishers, strengthening Crayon as a trusted partner for software procurement and services
Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities among our existing customers
Your Competencies
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales , as well as a background in software licensing and services
An established network to leverage and a proven track record of selling to C-level stakeholders
Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, business administration, etc.)

Strong communication and negotiation skills makes you comfortable in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical resources to CXOs
Customer focused , as well as a results-oriented mindset
Collaborative Team Player with the ability to prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines
