What You’ll Do
The Senior Revenue Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing order processes and supporting deal desk activities in the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Global Deal Desk in the US, this role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in order management and deal desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross functionally is a must.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Deal Desk Support: Review and approve sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies
- EMEA Compliance: Ensure all deals adhere to regional requirements, including GDPR compliance, local tax regulations (e.g., VAT) and specific regional discount thresholds
- Finance & Provisioning Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Provisioning teams to ensure accurate billing set up, multi‑currency handling and timely provisioning of software
- Legal
Collaboration:
Work cross‑functionally with Legal using the internal tool to manage contract reviews, routing, and approvals - CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update sales order records in the CRM system
- Process Efficiency: Assist in the development and implementation of process strategies and initiatives to operate more efficiently
- Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to the sales team on order management, legal workflows, and deal desk processes
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales operations activities
- RFP & VRA Ownership: Coordinate, complete, and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs) to clear compliance hurdles for the EMEA region
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as connective tissue between EMEA Sales, Global Finance and Legal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote‑to‑Cash and other relevant sales and AI tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Base salary range: EUR 70K- EUR 90K annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills
