Remote Sales Support Associate

Join Noramco as a Remote Sales Support Associate in Ottawa. Your mission will be to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction through backend support.

In this full-time position, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to ensure administrative tasks run smoothly, allowing them to focus on selling. You will also develop knowledge and expertise to eventually transition to an Account Manager position.

Your role will directly contribute to improved sales figures and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sales functions and administration tasks

• Enter and manage customer quotations efficiently

• Update and maintain account databases accurately

• Handle Return Merchandise Authorization processes

• Prepare and analyze customer sales reports

Requirements:

• Must have completed Grade 12

• Ideally possess 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in growth within sales and purchasing aspects
