Territory Sales Manager – Memphis Metro

Hi-Speed Industrial Service is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to serve areas around Grenada, Batesville, Oxford, Starkville, Columbus, and Jackson. This position offers competitive base pay based on experience, plus commissions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will extend our reach by connecting with clients and maintaining and growing our customer base. You forge strong relationships with existing accounts, generate new business, negotiate quotes, and monitor service delivery from beginning to end. You act as a liaison between customers and the home office, ensuring communications are clear and nothing is lost. You regularly report to management on call activity, pipeline and goals, and work with delivery teams to meet expectations.

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial selling experience.
• Proven track record in outside sales and customer service related to the job description.
• Degree, training or certification in a technical field related to manufacturing is preferred.
• Previous experience in project management or manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to perform extensive travel and potential overnight stays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of working with our CRM.
