Outside Sales Representative – B2B (Door-to-Door) at Absolute Fleet Washing. Full-time position located in the field within a local territory.

Door‑to‑door B2B outside sales role selling recurring mobile fleet washing services to commercial customers. Requires daily in‑person prospecting in trucking companies, logistics yards, construction fleets, municipalities, and other businesses that operate commercial vehicles. This is a role for candidates comfortable with face‑to‑face sales; if you do not want to knock doors or sell face‑to‑face, this is not the job.

• Conduct daily in‑person B2B prospecting
• Visit fleet‑based businesses and speak with decision‑makers
• Average 8–12 in‑person visits per day
• Complete 10 qualified sales calls per day
• Sell recurring service agreements
• Close new customer accounts
• Follow up professionally until deals close
• Track activity and deals in the company CRM

• $500 per week guaranteed base pay (not a draw)
• $500 paid for every new customer account closed
• 8% commission on annual recurring revenue (ARR), paid quarterly, no cap
• Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000 per year

• Comfortable with face‑to‑face B2B sales

• Ability to manage your own daily schedule
• Prior outside or door‑to‑door sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
