Our mission extends beyond the insurance and annuities policies that we offer. We strive to make the world a better place through our grants from our charitable foundation, paid volunteer time for our employees, environmentally sustainable and healthy workplaces, and events that promote the work of nonprofits in our own backyard.

We foster a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and encourage our associates to live our values:
Do good. Be good. Make good.

  • Recommend solutions, create action plans, and resolve operational issues.
  • Support agencies and agents with product selection, case design, and illustration fulfillment.
  • Assist with product launches and training initiatives.
  • Travel to agency and agent offices as needed for onboarding and training, and general Regional Vice President support.
  • Organize Home Office visits when appropriate.
  • Assist onboarding new relationships with National Life Group to quickly grow and develop business.
  • Maintain an active understanding of the competitive landscape and current industry trends to create innovative solutions designed to meet customer needs.

  • Strong relationship management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-through.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in life and/or annuity product distribution with a focus on indexed products and living benefits.
