We’re looking for a driven, people-oriented Sales Representative to help expand RESIDE’s restoration business and deepen our presence in local communities.

In this role, you’ll be the face of RESIDE in the field—connecting with homeowners, identifying restoration opportunities, and guiding clients through solutions with professionalism and confidence. You’ll combine outbound outreach with relationship-building to create meaningful impact and long-term value for homeowners.

This is a full-time, hybrid role primarily based in the Twin Cities metro with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Identify high-potential properties and educate homeowners on restoration and improvement opportunities
  • Build trust through consultative conversations and tailored solutions
  • Secure agreements and guide clients through restoration and insurance processes
  • Document property conditions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build long-term relationships and represent the RESIDE brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with the Twin Cities market and neighborhoods (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment (including climbing ladders when required)
