We seek experienced Business Development Managers to enhance our global presence through innovative partnerships.
Your role will focus on nurturing client relationships and driving sales with a hunter mentality. You will work closely with Logistic Coordinators while maintaining a proactive approach toward challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Pitch to new and existing clients through cold-calling
• Achieve sales call goals and manage the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Logistic Coordinators in freight movement
• Demonstrate a hunter mindset and a collaborative energy
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of business development experience in logistics
• Proven ability to execute development strategies successfully
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Capacity to thrive with minimal supervision
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
