Sales Support Coordinator
Cultural Care Au Pair –

Interested in learning about sales and customer support? Cultural Care is the leading au pair agency and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales team based out of our Boston/Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the sales and customer centric industry. As a Sales Trainee, you'll gain hands‑on experience working with many of our customer‑facing teams that talk with prospective host families, including our Placement and Sales teams.
You will gain a deep understanding of our sales and customer journey, educating customers on this unique cultural exchange and childcare solution.
- Sales Support
- Work closely with our sales team in various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Supporting families before their au pair arrives
- Sales Development
- Learn to identify and nurture sales opportunities. Manage diverse pipeline/case load
- Develop effective communication and sales skills
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Salesforce
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Utilize Salesforce to track progress and manage day‑to‑day tasks
- Training and Development
- Participate in a comprehensive training on our product, teams, and sales strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
- Actively participate in team meetings, shadow experienced sales representatives, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

- Compensation: $52,000 base salary. This position can move into a Matching Specialist role anytime within the first year. Movement is based on one's performance and the business need. The salary increases to $53,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility up to $12k
