Position OverviewThe Advisor Relations Analyst is an entry‑level sales and business development role designed for individuals interested in building a long‑term career within financial services, real estate, capital markets, and alternative investments.
This individual will work closely with their territory partners to help expand advisor relationships, support territory growth initiatives, and increase engagement across broker‑dealers, RIAs, and family offices nationwide.
The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with financial professionals in a fast‑paced, relationship‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to financial advisors and home office contacts
- Promote educational webinars, investment resources, market insights, and marketing initiatives
- Help identify and develop new advisor relationships and business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for territory partners
- Support advisor follow‑up efforts surrounding conferences, webinars, roadshows, and campaigns
- Assist with advisor engagement initiatives across FSCM offerings and educational platforms
- Build, maintain, and manage advisor activity within CRM (Salesforce)
- Track advisor interactions, engagement activity, and follow‑up opportunities
- Research advisor firms, teams, and strategic territory opportunities
- Support territory growth initiatives and pipeline development efforts
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and advisor communications
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Investor Services, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Assist with preparation of presentations, follow‑up emails, webinar support, and marketing materials
- Stay current on trends in the DST, alternatives, and private real‑estate landscape
- Support advisor education initiatives and thought leadership efforts across the platform
- 0–2 years of professional experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, coachable, and self‑motivated mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with financial professionals in a fast‑paced environment
- CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus
- FINRA licenses are not required initially but are viewed positively
