We are searching for a Business Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping others and building meaningful professional relationships.

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will build referral partnerships across probate law, real estate, senior living, funeral services, and community organizations. This role has a clear growth path into Field Manager as the business scales.

  Flexible scheduling

• Conduct 50 outbound professional calls per week
• Schedule and complete 5 in-person meetings per week
• Attend at least 1 networking event per week
• Deliver professional introduction packets
• Track KPI metrics using structured performance model
• Support field sales events when needed

• Week 1: 5 training days
• Week 2: 2 training days
• Week 3: 2 training days
• Productive outreach begins Week
  2. Full ramp by Week 3.

Compensation: $20/hour.
