- Sales experience or a client‑facing background is preferred
- Proven track record of winning
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Intrinsically driven to be successful
- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Licenses preferred but not required; licensing assistance is available, we will pay for the cost of your licensing
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and a desire to WIN - this is most important!
