Food sales position with aggressive commission and high pay in PA, NJ and NY. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year. Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is renowned for its high-quality products and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within their designated region.

This is a 100% remote, permanent position focused on the Texas region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food sales, specifically within the protein sector, and a thorough understanding of ethnic markets and regional accounts.

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
- Identifying and targeting key accounts within the food and protein industry, especially within ethnic markets.
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers while managing and overseeing the sales process.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and providing them to senior management.
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board.
- Working closely with the marketing department to ensure the brand is being accurately represented and promoted in your region.
- Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions.
- Participating in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in food sales, specifically within the protein sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
- Deep understanding of ethnic markets and regional accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with large accounts.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
