Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Sales Manager in Healthcare. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, fostering partnerships, and exploring business development opportunities tailored to the needs of healthcare clients. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with the company’s goals.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, close deals, and lead sales efforts effectively.
  • Experience with Account Management and relationship building to nurture client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and strategy to streamline workflows and achieve targets.
  • Expertise in Business Development to identify new opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills in Sales to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Remuneration

This is a unique opportunity to join this early-stage startup at pre-seed stage that has already achieved product-market fit. You will join us as a key team member helping us lay the foundation for our sales engine for a proven product. The remuneration will be a mix of equity and revenue share.
