Role Description

This part-time Inside Sales Specialist role is based in Zug with a hybrid working model, combining on‑site collaboration and some work from home. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with the wider sales and delivery teams, and accurately updating CRM records.

A key focus is maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, providing clear information, and ensuring a smooth handover to account managers or implementation teams.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Managing Orders and Invoices
  • Customer‑focused mindset with proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal (German & English)
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with effective self‑management and time‑management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics; experience in technology or digital solutions is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to a fast‑changing sales environment.
  • Relevant education or training in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial; fluency in English and German required, additional languages are a plus.
