The Equipment Account Manager drives sales and revenue by positioning and selling Antech’s Sound Imaging diagnostic equipment—including Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Laser, and CT systems—across British Columbia and Northern Alberta. This field‑based role requires extensive travel and partnership with regional Diagnostics Sales Managers to create comprehensive diagnostic solutions for veterinary customers.
Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close business leads and sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prospect, forecast, and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the target market, products, and services offered by Antech.
- Demonstrate equipment to prospective customers, both live and non‑live, and effectively communicate corporate and product positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, prospects, and existing clients.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and produce timely reports (Pipeline, Forecast, Expense).
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on lead generation and support regional and national trade shows.
- Represent Antech professionally in all interactions.
- Deliver superior interpersonal and communication skills to clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of diagnostic imaging sales experience.
- Knowledge of the veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals.
- Experience building and qualifying a sales pipeline.
- Strong sales, closing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at influencing all organizational levels.
- Professional maturity and ability to work independently and within a team.
- High organizational skills with commitment to timely follow‑up and issue resolution.
- Flexibility to adapt to demanding schedules, complex changes, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability.
- Travel by vehicle up to 85% of the time, including overnight trips.
- Ability to drive up to 4 hours consecutively.
- Work may include manual dexterity, prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work environment is primarily an office or remote home office with moderate noise levels; frequent use of computer, phone, video conferencing, and presentation equipment.
Salary range: $65,000 to $81,000 per year, determined by relevant job‑related skills, experience, education, training, and budget.
