About the Role

We are expanding our sales team and looking for Sales Executives (Hunters) who thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

This role focuses on connecting with dealership decision-makers such as owners, general managers, sales managers, and BDC managers to demonstrate how Car2

Go.ai helps dealerships convert more leads into vehicle sales.

Sales Executives will be responsible for generating their own opportunities by identifying dealerships that can benefit from our platform and initiating conversations with decision makers.

Deals can be closed remotely through phone or video demonstrations
, or through in-person relationship building with dealerships
, depending on the salesperson’s approach.

This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable creating opportunities, opening doors, and consistently closing new business.

Responsibilities
  • Generate your own leads and build a strong dealership pipeline
  • Prospect and connect with automotive dealerships across the United States
  • Reach decision makers such as dealership owners, general managers, and sales managers
  • Conduct product demonstrations via phone or video
  • Build opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry relationships
  • Prospect dealerships remotely or through in-person visits when appropriate
  • Identify dealerships struggling with lead follow-up and CRM inefficiencies
  • Present Car2

    Go.ai as a solution that increases lead conversion and vehicle sales
  • Negotiate contracts and close new dealership accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets
Ideal Candidate

This role is well suited for individuals who are:

  • Highly motivated and self-driven sales professionals
  • Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations with decision-makers
  • Disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management
  • Confident presenting solutions and closing deals

Experience in the following areas is highly valued:

  • Automotive sales or dealership operations
  • Business development or SaaS sales
  • CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Successful candidates are proactive in prospecting and comfortable generating their own opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to identify client needs and present effective business solutions
  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in automotive, technology, or SaaS sales is a plus
