This permanent, full-time position involves focusing primarily on upselling to newly acquired YP customers, making up 90% of your role. You will identify growth opportunities and nurture your own book of business (10%). Collaborate with the Telesales team while managing customer relationships from initial upsell to renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell multimedia advertising solutions to small businesses

• Build rapport and generate interest via phone and web meetings

• Manage accounts and ensure retention and growth

• Complete needs assessments and design tailored proposals

• Represent YP professionally to clients and teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales and media advertising experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Knowledge of CRM software;
Salesforce is a plus

• Must reside and work in Canada
