As part of a rapidly growing AI company, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting within the healthcare and dental sectors. Your main responsibilities include researching target accounts, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads. Success in this role requires a high level of self-discipline and output tracking as you collaborate with marketing to improve messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and target healthcare and dental accounts

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using various channels

• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria

• Schedule demo calls for the sales team

• Keep CRM updated with outreach details

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role

• Successful history in outbound lead generation

• Strong self-management skills suited for remote work

• High activity comfort, especially with cold calling

• Comprehensive understanding of the Claio toolset
