Remote Health Benefits Sales & Business Development

Webster Bank is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive direct sales in the employer health benefits sector throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will leverage resources to sell various health accounts such as HSAs and FSAs to key decision-makers including HR Directors and C-level Executives.

With a focus on achieving sales quotas, the position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with marketing and account management teams. A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.
