Position Overview:As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you would play an important role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is motivated by an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing and workforce solution sectors. - Event Participation:
Leverage BravoTECH’s strong investment in networking events, conferences, and client entertainment opportunities to build relationships with technology leaders and drive new business growth. Some events take place outside of standard business hours. - Cold Outreach:
Consistently generate new business opportunities through cold emails, Linked In outreach, and outbound calling to expand BravoTECH’s client base.
- Experience:
A minimum of 4+ years of business development experience in a workforce solutions and/or IT staffing sales related industry. - Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Motivation:
Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Persistence:
Comfort with cold calling and the tenacity to pursue leads diligently. - Ability for periodic travel, estimated 2 days per month.
- Strong marketing investment with sponsorship of dozens of networking and industry events that provide direct access to technology leaders and decision-makers.
- Well-established brand and strong reputation in the market.
- Seasoned recruiting team with an average of 14 years of experience in the industry and 7 years at Bravo.
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission:
An attractive plan with no earning limits. - Hybrid Work Environment:
Tues / Thurs at our office located at 18111 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX, and remote work on Mon / Wed / and Fri. - Early Friday Program:
Opportunity to leave early on Fridays based on the company’s performance for the week. - Reimbursement for phone, home internet and mileage.
