Wabtec in Duncan, Oklahoma is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of tenders and proposals for our Sales and Proposal Team. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments and direct interaction with customers during the bid process to ensure timely and accurate submissions of multimillion-dollar proposals.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in sales or the rail industry. Familiarity with ISO standards is beneficial, and proficiency in French is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $91,100-$129,800, with additional bonuses available. Remote work may be considered, but relocation is preferred.
