Account Executive — Employee Engagement & Listening Programs (Workvivo)

About the Team

Responsibilities
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise accounts.
  • Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
  • Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
What we’re looking for
  • 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR decision-makers.
  • Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–9 months.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive‑level presentations.
  • Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Show equivalent practical experience in enterprise software or HR technology sales.
  • Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 10,000 employees.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note:

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location‑based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
