Regional Field Trainer - East Coast

Job Summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking an experienced sales training professional to support the development of high‑performance, HCP‑customer‑facing sales teams across North America. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and coaching sales training programs that drive performance and align with business strategy.

• Design and develop tailored sales training programs for field sales representatives, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and territory management.
• Conduct field rides and coach sales personnel in alignment with district managers, utilizing data‑driven insights to personalize training.
• Establish and maintain a platform for ongoing peer‑to‑peer knowledge sharing among sales teams and corporate training partners.
• Support strategic pull‑through of marketing and sales strategy in the region through coaching of customer‑facing sales teams.
• Assist with large‑scale training initiatives, such as national sales meetings, launch meetings, and advanced sales trainings.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Sales Director to ensure alignment with regional business priorities and goals.

• Strong partner and cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with marketing, sales training, and leadership.
• Leadership, sales, and technical capabilities to coach and enhance performance of new hires, active sales teams, and leadership groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Quick, adaptable learner capable of executing training projects in live instructor‑led or virtual formats.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while planning and facilitating ongoing training and continuous learning programs.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, overnight travel, and regional corporate headquarters meetings.
• Strong time‑management and multi‑project execution skills.
• A drive to acquire new cross‑functional skills and develop leadership capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of related experience. A graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

50–75% travel required.

Role may be performed from a home office. Hybrid working availability may exist if you reside within approximately 75 miles (120 km) of a Dexcom site. Flex workplace options are available.
