Business Development
The Sales / Lead Management team plays a key role in the customer journey at Swiss-AS. From first contact to contract signature, the team ensures a structured, professional and reliable sales process for potential and existing customers.
The team acts as an important interface between prospects, customers, Sales Managers, regional teams, Product experts, Contract Managers and other internal stakeholders. Its work combines lead management, business development, tender coordination, commercial preparation and customer communication.
A strong focus lies on building trusted customer relationships, understanding individual customer needs and providing clear information on AMOS and its value for aviation maintenance organisations.
The team contributes directly to the growth of Swiss-AS by supporting new business opportunities, identifying upselling and cross‑selling potential and representing AMOS in a global aviation market.
Managing leads from first contact through to contract signature
Coordinating customer communication, presentations and sales activities
Preparing tenders, commercial offers and sales agreements
Maintaining accurate CRM data and structured sales processes
Supporting business development, market presence and selected marketing activities
