In this full-time role, you will shape the future of IXL and Rosetta Stone's K-12 platforms and report directly to a Regional Sales Director. The position requires a strategic mindset to develop sales strategies and metrics catered to market conditions, along with leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of 2-3 sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish effective sales strategies based on market analysis
• Lead a skilled team of sales consultants
• Build and maintain an independent sales pipeline
• Understand K-12 customer needs and values
• Track and monitor progress against revenue targets
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Education or related field
• 5+ years sales experience with K-12 focus
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Familiarity with web-based technologies
• Proven communication skills and task management
