Lytegen is looking for a fully remote Sales Training Specialist to develop and run our sales training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new Energy Consultants and ensuring they ramp quickly while effectively closing deals. The role requires proven experience in training sales reps and developing curriculum from scratch, along with hands-on experience using LMS platforms such as Kajabi.

Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
